Salaam to all,
On behalf of the Az-Zahra Board of Trustees and the Crescent Peace Society, I’d like to extend a Big Thank you to all those who volunteered in making our Center so presentable – from cleaning the hallways and the musallah (prayer hall) area to the parking lot and the grounds, we could not have asked for a better group of volunteers. In one word, our Center was, “Magnificent”. Thanks to the participants for sharing our faith with the guests. You were appreciated for your interaction and hospitality. Several guests asked me to extend their gratitude to the facilitators for their willingness to explain the true meaning of Islam. Alhumdulillah, we should all be proud of our efforts and what we had achieved in less than 2 hours. Thanks to CPS for having chosen our Center for this event.
The BOT also wants to thank the school committee and all the volunteers who helped in planning, organizing, setting up and running the first day of school, a Big Hearty Mubarak to all! All the teachers and volunteers who assisted with the school program, you make the difference and insha’Allah will continue to leave a mark for years to come. To all the parents who have registered and those who are still thinking about bringing your kids to the Sunday Enrichment Program, you will not be disappointed. We have a core of dedicated teachers and volunteers who will make a difference in the lives of your children. Thanks also to the volunteers who made the Adult Education program a success. May Allah (swt) grant success to this community and keep us steadfast in His Path. Aameen.
