Program Schedule:

Following is the program schedule for the Az-Zahra Center during the month of Ramadhan:

Every Thursday Iftaar and Dua-e-Kumail
after Maghribain Prayers
Every Saturday School at 5:00 PM
Iftaar after Maghribain Prayers
Saturday, Sep 5th Jashn-e-Wiladat Imam Hasan (a.s.)
Sep 8th – 10th Majlis-e-Shahadat Imam Ali (a.s.)
Sep 8th, 10th, and 12th Aamal of Shab-e-Qadr
Sep 21st Eid-ul-Fitr Prayers

Please note that the Az-Zahra School timings have moved to Saturday at 5:00 PM for the month of Ramadhan. Program details will be announced later. Food is potluck.

Eid-ul-Fitr date is not final and depends on moon sighting.

Moon Sighting Information:

Saturday, August 22nd is the first day of the Holy Month of Ramadhan. The new moon has been sighted in Dallas, TX.

The above times are based on calculations. We are using the angle of 19.0° for Imsak, 16.0° for Fajr, & 4.0° for Maghrib. Please allow few minutes as a precaution.
