Assalaamu ‘Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
The Board of Trustees (BOT) of Az-Zahra Center would like to invite the entire community to participate in the annual General Body Meeting to discuss the affairs of the center. Your participation is vital to help improve the administration of our center. Please mark your calendar for this very important meeting scheduled for November 8th at 5:30 pm after Salat-e-Maghrabaen.
It is very important that we all participate in this meeting. At least 50% of the paid members must attend to meet the quorum. I am, therefore, requesting that ALL members to make this a priority and duty to attend. We also encourage anyone who is not a member to take time and complete the membership form.
Following is the agenda for the meeting:
- Recitation of the Holy Qur’an
- A brief review of the activities of the center by BOT President
- Resolution on the selection of the Primary Mujtahid for the center
- Financial statement
- Open discussion
Please remember that your feedback and ideas may help make this center an even better place for the community. All ideas will get utmost respect and consideration.
