Dear Parents and Students,
As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum. We hope you all had a wonderful Summer. As you all know, the weekend school commensed today (September 2nd) but due to absence of many students, we had a “brainstorming” session instead. Both the parents and students provided many good ideas to make this coming year one of fun and learning. We came up with a number of challenges and goals for the coming months. These will be posted on the bulletin board under three distinct groups. Please stop by and take a look the next time you come to the center.
We encourage parents’ participation in their child’s progress on a daily basis. The success of our school depends upon the commitment and participation of parents and community members. Everyone pledged to participate and insha’Allah with Allah’s help we will see better results this new school year.
Classes/Registration starts next weekend (Sunday, September 9th) at 10:30 am instead of 11:00 am. After the 9th, classes will begin at their regular time at 11 am. The program for September 9th is as follows:
10:30-11:30 Pancake Breakfast (Sept. 9th only)
11:30-11:45 Registration and cleanup
11:45-01:45 Classes and Salaat-e-Dhuhrain
Parents are encouraged to bring juices, milk, and pancake syrup
